How do I make a return?

  • Your return qualifies for a full refund if shipped back to us within 7 days of the original shipping date

  • Please email us at kristan@spreestyle.ca to arrange your return

  • Processing your return can take up to 5 business days from the receipt of your returned product

  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original product packaging and with all original tags attached. Your receipt must be included in the return shipment

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded

  • All sale items are a final sale

 Can I exchange a product?

  • Online purchases can only be exchanged in store within 14 days of the original shipping date

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original product packaging and with all original tags attached

What are your in-store exchange and return policies?

Do you offer in-store pick up?

WE DO! Please choose Local Pickup at checkout if you would like to order online and pick-up your order from our store location during store hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up and they must be picked up within 2 weeks.
